Kaya LeGrand and I have documented an incredible number of speech errors we've made and heard since 2021 (with thanks to our many contributors, especially Hannah Mechtenberg and Naomi Sellers). Recently, we converted that document into a spreadsheet. Our hope is that one day it will inform language production research.
